Returns Policy

General

I want you to love your order and  be 100% happy with it. Unfortunately as we all know, we don't always get what we want. 

If you are unhappy with your purchase I ask that you contact me directly and I will respond within 48 hours of receiving your initial message.

 

Please note you have 14 days, from date of receipt of goods, to inform me of a problem or request a refund.  

Remember it is your right to request a refund having changed your mind about the purchase.

After that period I will not be able to arrange an exchange / refund.​

Postage costs are not refunded, and unless stated otherwise, the cost of returning item/s for refund will be yours.

Refund Process

​

1) Contact me within 14 days of receiving the order advising me you want a refund. You will then be sent the UK returns         address and details to assist with your return.

2) Ensure the product/s are unused, in their original condition and securely packaged. 

​

3) The package must be returned to me within 14 days of you receiving confirmation of the UK returns address. 

    The cost of returning the item/s is yours, unless agreed otherwise. 

​

4)  Please note, I do not cover the cost of items lost in transit so it may be worth returning via a tracked postage service. 

​

5)  I will be in touch with you via email once I receive the return, in its original condition, to let you know that the refund is        being processed

​

6) The refund will be made to the original payment method.

    Please note it can take up to 5-10 working days for a refund to show up in your account from the date you receive               your confirmation email of refund being processed.

Faulty Goods

If you receive an order that is faulty, meaning it is not of satisfactory quality, is damaged or is not as described, then you will receive a full refund. Please contact me within 14 days of receiving the order, providing details (and ideally photographs of the issue), and I will assist in arranging the return and refund. â€‹â€‹

Product Descriptions

I strive to make the images, descriptions and presentation of my products as accurate as possible. 

However, it is worth noting that there can be a variation on colours for various reasons - such as lighting and computer screen settings. 

If you are unhappy with an item, due to its colouring / appearance being other than described, please get in touch, within 14 days of receiving the product/s.

Undeliverable Items

When a postal carrier returns an undeliverable package to me I will issue a full refund (excluding postage fees) and you will receive an email confirming that the refund is being processed.

I am unable to re-send packages that have been returned in this manner. Therefore if you would still like to obtain the item you would need to place a new order online.

​

To be sure this does not happen please check the delivery address when you place an order, and if you miss it make sure you collect from your local collection office by the time specified on their delivery card, otherwise it will be sent back to me.
